The Visual Studio 2005 SDK has a sample for 'Package Based VS Provider'; it is at.
Visual Studio 2005 SDK\2007.02\VisualStudioIntegration\Samples\Data\SqlServer\Example.VSPackageBasedProvider

But such example is not available with any of the following VS SDK releases.
Anyone know how different it will be if I want to modify this sample to use with VS2012 or VS2013.
