New Post: 3rd party DDEX provider registrarion is lost after updating a VS extension

Today I got an update for PostSharp so I traced what Devenv.exe is doing while restarting.

I see that the VS writes NEW keys (REG_CREATED_NEW_KEY) under

 HKCU\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\11.0_Config\DataProviders 

for OleDb, SQLServer, Oracle, SQLCe, but I can't see Firebird.

And this seas to cause that Firebird is gone.
