New Post: StorageMappingItemCollection cannot locate correct entity container GetEntityContainer

Here is simplified description of the problem.

Here is the snapshot of GetEntity method with watch over workspace showing that container with this identity exists, followed by exception thrown after executing this line telling me that it does NOT exist.
