The source code form EF5 is not available on CodePlex as described in this discussion:http://entityframework.codeplex.com/discussions/383205

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by the "namingconventions code" but Code First conventions are being made public in EF6 as described here: http://entityframework.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Custom%20Conventions and here:http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/data/jj819164

We don't yet have any public dates for the release of EF6.
