Yes, I am aware of that feature, definitely something that NHibernate doesn't have!
It would be interesting, IMO, to understand what the problem with the engine is, and if it doesn't deserve a rework... Just think with me: does it still make sense to force people to declare foreign key properties - isn't that what navigation properties are there to replace? And why does applying a required validation have this effect?
